Ingredients

3 1/2 pounds hamburger
2 eggs
1 cup oatmeal
1 small onion, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.


Mix all ingredients well. Place in a loaf pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
